About Machine :

The Semi-Auto core winder produces of step core, rectangular core, and toroidal core made from grain-oriented steel or non-oriented steel for small transformers, transmitters,  instrument and voltage transformers, chokes, and variable voltage transformers.
The machine with the highest quality components and materials, and through the application of an advanced design, very significant economies are provided in low running costs, easy operation, and low maintenance.
 

The machine is equipped with the latest Panasonic PLC system and WEINVIEW touchscreen to control the decompiler and core winder. The decompiler feeds the materials to the core winder, the material through the guider unit, and tension unit, then manually takes the material  into the slot on the mandrel, and then the motor drives the mandrel to wind materials into the core, then manually weld the end layer for the core, at last, take out the core with mandrel together
 

Main Features:

1. Easy feeding, automatic winding, and manual welding.

2. Rectangular cores, step cores, toroidal cores, and other types of cores can be produced.

3. PLC system and HMI touch screen to control the motor, moving parts, and pneumatic

components.

4. Input the parameter of the core on the touch screen to produce the core.

5. The tension could be adjusted and the turn number of the core also could be adjusted.
