Software Function:
- Skeleton basic parameter input. Winding point, line width, line spacing, number of winding turns, start idle, stop idle, spindle positioning, spindle low speed, spindle high speed, spindle direction, wiring direction, layer stop.
- Spindle climb time setting, special winding function selection. (as shown below)
3.The position of the winding frame can be manually adjusted during winding to achieve fine adjustment during winding. This feature requires customization.
4.The system has 1450 slots of data storage space, which can store up to 999 kinds of bobbin parameters. The debugged bobbin parameters can be saved permanently. When replacing the product, just replace the corresponding fixture and select the corresponding bobbin parameters.
5.Sudden power-off during winding, the system saves the final winding state. After power-on again, press the start button to continue winding the unfinished coil.
6.Special features can be customized software.
