MACHINE INTRODUCTION:
    The GW-AP-8 is an up-to-date high speed automatic winding machine to mini type coils production on large scale. This model   machine can assist you to finish some production which request of high output and high quality with low cost. In order to solve down mini type core with fine wire and difficulty to operation, GW-AP-8 use new design for pay-off core automatic, pay-off wire automatic. During production, it doesn't use manual operation.   It decrease labor's strength.Meanwhile it guarantee the quality of coils. The user friendly PLC software guides the operator thru the programming with clear text commands. It is easy to operate the machine.It keep the feature of easy operation about VU machine. This control system use Chinese and English  version.the guide roller use stepper motor driver, easy to adjust wire pitch and precision control.
