Introduction to Multi-axis Machines

Multi-axis Machine: 

É★  Normally, one winding takes 25 seconds. The winding period varies depending on the winding process.
É ★   Single machine production can also be connected to form a production line. According to the product process, multiple units such as 2, 4, 8, etc. can be combined and disassembled at will.
Flexible and diverse online production mode.

★   Available models: 12-axis 50.7 wheelbase, 12-axis 61.2 wheelbase, 12-axis 72 wheelbase.

Standard configuration:It is composed of 12 rubber coating positions and 12 fixtures. One transformer winding can be completed at a time. The programming is simple and convenient. No debugging is required when threading the bushing, and it is automatically positioned.

Upgradable configuration: Automated feeding, multiple machines connected, reverse folding tape, double thread diameter, upper retaining wall and lower rubber coating.

 Parameter characteristics of multi-axis machines:

É ★ Realize winding (multiple wires can be wound simultaneously), right-angle winding, automatic wire arrangement (for less than 4 wires), continuous isolation tape coating, interlayer tape, reverse folding tape sleeve alarm, wire break alarm, and tape alarm.
