Software Function:

1.  Skeleton basic parameter input. Start winding point, row width, row spacing, number of winding turns, start slow train, stop slow train, spindle positioning, spindle low speed, spindle high speed, spindle direction, line direction, layer stop.
2. Spindle climbing time setting, and special winding function selection (as shown below).


3. The position of the wire rack can be manually adjusted in the winding process to achieve fine-tuning of the precise wire arrangement. This feature needs to be customized.
4. The system has 1450 data storage space and can save up to 999 skeleton parameters. The debugged skeleton parameters can be permanently saved. When replacing the product, only the corresponding fixture needs to be replaced and the corresponding skeleton parameters can be selected.
5. When winding suddenly power off, the system saves the final winding state, after powering on again, press the start button to continue winding the unfinished coil.
6. Special functions can be customized software.
